Somatic Healing is offered by a Certified and Trauma Informed Somatic Coach. Meet The Practitioner

Chelsea is the Owner of RISE Coaching with her husband Matt Lapointe. Chelsea is a Holistic Health Coach and a Somatic Coach who is Certified and Trauma Informed. Her own journey to better health led her here. Chelsea experienced many challenges, trauma, and over 24 years of illness during her life before her healing journey began. Her journey led her to discovering the body’s innate intelligence and ability to heal itself. Using a holistic approach she has healed herself from multiple dis-eases in the body that were said to have “no cure”. The most profound shifts in her being came from reconnecting with her soma (The root of somatic is SOMA, which comes from ancient greek, it means “the body living in its wholeness”, mind, body, spirit).

Anything external has an agenda for your system, and the thing about using the body’s innate intelligence is that there is no other agenda, it is purely you and what you need to heal.
